    do your best to make the initial meeting a

    personal one. Given the global nature of the

    Internet, a face-to-face meeting may not be

    possible, but there is always the phone. Your

    work so that now that you have made a choice

    give that choice the best chance of responding

    favorably to you. The more personal the
